Our Culture Design Services involves the writing of an enterprises three core documents. The advantage of having these statements is that it begins to create and communicate the values of an organization. These statements are the starting point for defining the direction of the community. These documents are:

Values Statement:  This statement defines the core beliefs that will be shared by the members of a sustainable business community. They drive a community’s culture and priorities and make up a key dimension of framework by which decisions will be made.

Vision Statement: This statement defines the way a business community will look in the future. The visioning process involves taking a long-term view and describing where the community would ultimately like to end up or what it wants to be. It is the first conversion of the community’s values into future community behavior.

Mission Statement: Defines the core purpose and behavior of an enterprise, succinctly describing what it does to achieve its Values and Vision. A mission statement provides details of what is done and answers the question: "What do we do?" It is the second conversion of the community’s values and vision statements into future community behavior.
